THE DAY WE WERE STARED AT

If you are an artist / illustrator / photographer or even a model / actor, you know what it is like to attract the attention of passer-by's when you go out on the streets to draw / photograph / model. The good thing that comes out of this is sometimes, you strike an interesting conversation with a total stranger and you build a connection. That is what Neevan Noronha did today while myself and a bunch of lovely illustrator friends were out sketching on a Sunday in the beautiful, heritage streets of Fontainhas, Panjim, Goa. We hope to create a habit of this and anyone is welcome to join us. :)

Supriya Tirkey's rendition of the sights at Fontainhas.

Neevan Noronha illustrated one of the Fontainhas streets.

Rohit Karandadi illustrated a quaint little corner house.

I illustrated little bits of the sights around us.

Manuela Mendonca Gomes illustrated one of the majestic heritage houses in Fontainhas.

It was a wonderful day and I look forward to many such meet-up's. :)
